Do to the fact that anxiety disorders are based on conditions that are related rather than just one single condition, that often times appear very different from individual to individual. For instance, I may suffer from severe panic or anxiety attacks that come over me without any sign or warning at all, whilst you may get fidgety and panicky at just the mere thought of socializing at a party. And yet there are still others that battle with the fear of driving or have paralyzing thoughts that leave them stuck in a state of doing nothing. And how about the others who live in a constant state of fret or worrying about anything their mind wants to worry about.
